Who runs 3DMeld

3DMeld is an independently operated service at 3dmeld.com. For questions about your information, contact support@3dmeld.com.

QR content stays in your browser

The QR tool uses the URL, Wi-Fi details or text you enter to generate a preview and STL file in your browser. You do not need an account. The tool does not submit that content to our waitlist database or an AI generation provider.

People who scan your finished QR code can read the information encoded in it. A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network credentials you provide. Check what you include before sharing the file or print.

Information you provide to the waitlist

We ask for an email address and preferred output format. A role category and a short description of what you want to make are optional. These fields help us manage the waitlist and understand requested uses. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in the description.

We also record when you joined, whether and when your email was verified, and your product-update choice with its time and wording version. Joining or verifying does not create an account or give access to Image → 3D generation.

Verification messages help confirm your email address. Product updates are a separate choice. Choosing not to receive updates does not prevent you from using the QR tool or requesting email verification.

Support and operational information

If you contact support, we receive your message, contact details and any information you choose to include. We use these to answer the request and check that changes to a waitlist record are authorized.

Running the waitlist also involves verification records, email-delivery status and abuse-prevention records. Hosting, database and email providers may process technical information when delivering their services.

Service providers

3DMeld uses Vercel to host the website, Neon for the waitlist database, Cloudflare for verification-email delivery and support-email forwarding, and Gmail for receiving support requests.

Analytics

3DMeld uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, feature use and technical problems. The QR tool sends only fixed page categories and a small set of product events to Google Analytics; it does not send the QR content, Wi-Fi details, email address, description, verification token or raw error text. Sensitive QR and waitlist areas are masked from Clarity, and Clarity is not loaded on the email-verification page.

These services may process browser, device and interaction information under their own terms.

How long we retain information

Waitlist registrations, including unverified registrations, have no fixed automatic expiry. We keep them on an ongoing basis to maintain the waitlist and understand interest in the product. You can contact support to request deletion.

A verification link expires after 24 hours. That expiry does not delete the waitlist registration. Verification records, temporary email contents, abuse-prevention records, support messages and provider logs are separate from the registration and are kept as needed to operate and protect the service. We do not promise that a database deletion immediately removes already-delivered messages or every backup copy.

Requests about your information

Contact support@3dmeld.com to request access, correction, deletion or an end to product updates. We may ask you to confirm control of the original email address before disclosing or changing a record. Do not send us your password or an existing verification link.

Stopping product updates and deleting your waitlist registration are different requests. Please say which you want. There is no self-service deletion page at launch. We will explain any relevant limits when handling your request.

Changes to this notice

The notice shows its latest update date above. If we change how we use information, we will update this notice before introducing the new use.
